Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at SIGMA. All of our products are print-on-demand, meaning they are custom-created specifically for you when you place an order.

No Returns or Exchanges for Buyer's Remorse

Due to the custom, on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues such as:

  • You ordered the wrong size. (Please check our sizing charts carefully before ordering.)
  • You changed your mind about the color or design.
  • Buyer's remorse.

Damages, Misprints, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund items that are defective or incorrect.

 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or you received the wrong item (wrong size, color, or design from what you ordered), please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

To resolve the issue, please email us at king.abricha77@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • A clear photograph showing the damage, misprint, or incorrect item

Once we review your claim, we will work with our print partner (Printful) to issue a replacement item at no cost to you, or provide a full refund for the affected item.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to production quickly. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee cancellations after this time, as the item may have already entered the production process.
