Order Processing & Production Time
All of our products are print-on-demand, which means they are custom-made just for you after you place your order. This process is managed by our print partner, Printful.
Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be produced, fulfilled, and prepared for shipping. This production time is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping (USA): 5-10 business days after production
- International Shipping: 10-25 business days after production
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items (e.g., a t-shirt and a hoodie), they may be produced by different print providers and may be shipped in separate packages at different times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order (or part of your order) has shipped.
Damages, Misprints, or Wrong Items
If you received your order and it is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item (e.g., misprint, wrong size than what you ordered), please contact us immediately.
Please contact us at king.abricha77@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- A description of the issue
We will work with our print provider to arrange for a replacement or a refund for the defective item. Do not return items to us without contacting us first.
Lost Packages
If your order tracking shows it was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us at king.abricha77@gmail.com so we can investigate the issue with our print provider.
Wrong Address
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us or our provider due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.
